Wonderful customers from Netherlands

Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful visitor from the Netherlands for a Koto and Shakuhachi Experience Session.
Despite his youth, he plays in a TOTO tribute band back home; when I asked how that came about, he explained that he grew up listening to TOTO thanks to his father’s influence.
It turned out his father is close to my age—we both listened to TOTO in our younger days—making this a truly wonderful encounter where I could discuss the music scene in the Netherlands and more with his son.

Mr.Twan is a musician with wonderful musical taste.

週末にオランダからの素晴らしい訪日客様をお迎えして箏と尺八の体験会を開催しました。
彼はまだ若いのにオランダでTOTOのトリビュートバンドをやっていて、どうした経緯なのか聞くと、彼の父の影響で子供の頃からTOTOを聴いて育ったのだそうです。
そうです、彼のお父さんは私と歳が近く、お互いが若い頃からTOTOを聴いており、息子さんを通じてオランダの音楽事情などをお話し出来る素晴らしい出会いとなりました。
